My In Detail Guide To No-Lifing!

Hello, And im writing this in notepad while my internet is off =[
i plan on posting it on the forums of all games i play(ed)

Requirments:

No Life.

Unlimited Internet ( Not the internet were you have certian Daily limits)

Snack Foods With Sugar

Energy drinks, Sundrops, Or Mello Yellos

Noodles For Main meals (No Turkey Ever)

Also you need Electricity and a Computer.

---

Step One: Setting up your area

Alot of people have laptops now, Unfortunatly that is not good for nolifing as you will find yourself laying down while playing, And thats a No-No.
So the trick here, is to get a Hard uncomfortable chair, And a Desk.
Be close to a light source, ALWAYS have the lights on, And Mid-High Volume music playing on your TV, Or a comedy show. (it doesnt matter because if your no lifing it you will tune it out anyways)

Why do i need lights and music?
Because, Eventualy you will fall asleep, The lights, and the loud music will be like an Alarm, there not annoying enough to stop you from sleeping
BUT they are annoying enough to only let you sleep 3-5 hours which is the timeframe your wanting

Also in your area, you want to make sure there is enough room Beside your mouse, To hold a Plate, and a Drink. (and maybe a few empty cans)

Also if possible you should put a fan, Facing directly on you.

Step Two: Dailys

Now your area is all setup, You have your mello yello and Hotpocket right beside you. And your ready to play!
What next?
Well, Play of course.. First thing you want to do in ANY game, Are your "Dailys"

what is a daily?
Anything that has a time limit before you can do it again,
If you wake up at 6am, and you can do somethng, and after you do it you have to wait 12 hours to do it again.. then do it as soon as possible to get the timer started!

Step Three: Game On!

Now no one really needs help with this part, its mid day, your not bored yet. You have plenty of stuff to do. so im not going into much detail here , the one thing i will say is, you need to grind!!

Step Four: The 24 Hour mark

24 hours without sleep is not hard, its what happens after that..
now if you live with people they are probably asleep, our lights are probably off, an the music is down a little from what it was early in the morning.
PROBLEM. Lights on 24/7 , Music as loud as it can be without disturbing people always Dont forget that

Your getting sleepy?
Push it just a little more, Stand up, Do a couple pushups, Go brush your teeth, Go shower, get something to eat,
Smack yourself ( i do that alot)

Do not lay down and play, i cannot stress this enough. If you lay down to play just go to sleep, because you cant handle it.

48 hours?

If you make it to 48 hours congrats This is what you have been aiming for if you wish to keep going, You might need to stand up and ply for 30 minutes or so,
At 48 hours you should Exercise Regularly and walk around alot,
If you do all that! Congrats, you have officialy no lifed.

Tips: Every time you "rage" because you died, or because something bad happend and it annoyed you, Do 10 pushups
Simple as that, 10 pushups evertime you get mad at the game.

Move around alot, Make one trip to the kitchen for a drink, then go back for food, then go back to throw it away,
maybe around 48 hours no sleep, leave you drink in the kitchen, and walk in there every time you want a drink

Biggest tip every
Everything in this guide is Extreamly unhealthy, and NOT reccomended.
And this is only for true no lifers

any suggestions i left out? let me know below

Few people in Asia were reported to die by not sleeping for multiply days.
Just warning!

The class under me (Juniors when I was a Senior) in highschool, at their prom after I graduated, they actually had to take several students to the emergency room as they'd chugged a dozen energy drinks each and were in danger of heart failure. Stupidy knows no political bounds.

Also, there's a Life/Death slider in this game, so I assumed this was some guide on how to survive animal attacks with very low MHP.

What a disappointment. I thought it was going to be a guide about living in your basement for months without ever going out (although it's not really hard to do so there's no point in writing a guide about it)

This guide is frightfully close to my real life, although being on Paxil makes it almost impossible to stay up for 24 hours....

You forgot to suggest the use of narcotics to prolong your gaming sessions! Nobody can crank out the sleepless nights like those hooked on amphetamines! :o (Warning: abuse of diet drugs is harmful to your health and use of other narcotics may be illegal where you live.)

As a note, Phil Laak set a record for the longest confirmed sitting (with Guinness) at a live poker game clocking in at just over 72 hours last year during the World Series of Poker. (I think the game was limit Texas Hold'em.) Seems like I recall an interview with him a short time ago saying someone went and pushed it to near 96 hours or more. I think Guinness has the record for the longest anyone has stayed awake without stimulants at a bit over eight days. From what I understand, they won't allow anyone to attempt the record anymore due to long-term health risks and threat of loss of life. (Like some of the other records don't have long term health risks or loss of life.)

Some people claim to have never slept for years.
'It has been proved a hundred times over that if you really wish to enrage people and make them angry, even unto death, the right way to do it is to tell them that they are all the sons of God.' - G.K. Chesterton, "The Defendant" - 1901

'It is no fault of Christianity that a hypocrite falls into sin.' - Saint Jerome, d. 420 AD

I know a couple of meth addicts that will tell you they haven't slept for over a month before, and I believe that they are telling what they believe to be the truth. However, there's something called micro-sleeps that the body goes into when deprived. You're body still functions, but your mind goes into sleep patterns. (It's obvious on an EEG, though observation will show you they're not fully functional, either.)

Some people claim that they can levitate objects with their mind, too.
