it is possible kill someone that sleep near me?
And if answer is yes, how can i do that?

you don't have to kill him to remove him. Just destroy the bed he sleeps in.

I explain my problem, someone enter in my home and put a bed near me, but my home is claimed so now i'm afraid.
Someone can tell me some solutions to my problem?

Just remove his HF and destroy the bed. If your house is claimed (by you i assume) then he won't be able to log in in place where he logged out. Without HF he will have to spawn in the wilds or at his village.

If you don't have enough strength to destroy his HF - make 8 alts and built HFs around his HF - when he logs in he will not be able to move

Or if his HF is on your claim just put signposts around his fire, he will not be able to brake them without vandalism.

A bed is meaningless. Animation of someone sleeping in a bed does not mean they're there, alive, or even active. It just means that someone used the bed at some point to log off. If the bed is in the way, destroy it. He cannot log onto your land that you've claimed. He would need Theft and Vandalism to do anything to your land.

To directly answer your question, he can tresspass and steal all your items regardless of his bed position/activity. Al lhe need is tresspass and theft (skills) , walk into your claim/house and take. You need to build a palisade to get more 'security'. The bed is merely a furniture which anyone can use.

I have palisade but probably he enter while I was crash down and door is open.
So I have in my home a possible enemy, Can I remove him without kill him ? something similar to lift ^^

I need suggestions, he is in one of my houses, How can I block him in this home? (I prefer put him out of my base ^^)
