Long range sniping

Postby screwbag » Tue Oct 18, 2011 12:28 pm

How far is it possible to shoot....could I in theory stand in las Vegas and shoot someone in pande?

Do I just click on someone's pic to shoot at them?

What stats are required to attain this level of uber sniperness?

Again of this is semi classified...please pm...we don't wanna start a trend of noob potshots flying everywhere...lol

Do you remember how far? I know the maximum range has been discussed before but its been so long that I can't remember with any accuracy.

Is it possible to shoot someone in your party, on the other side of the world? If so, it could be a quick, but expensive way to send a quick arrow resupply.

Now all we need is being able to attach notes to arrows.

Wasn't it simply as far as you can see?

Seems like it's a bit farther than that, but if they're not in a party or already aggro'd, sight range is all you have.

Actually, while aiming you can move freely by ctrl+clicking (might be shift, can't remember) as you normally would.
