Is there a way i can inherit EVERYTHING my other character owned? Also what skills do you need to learn to be able to learn Yeomancy? Please answer ASAP

The only way to inherit everything your character had is to have your change/tradition slider all the way to full tradition, that way you won't lose any skills or stats that your character has. This has to happen BEFORE your character dies of course.
Claims are inherited by the new character upon reincarnation. Items will remain on the corpse, unless your character drowned, which leaves no corpse.
I believe you need "Will to Power" before you can learn Yeomanry.

Farming is a skill, you buy it like other skills.
