turn on the radius in ender's client(show radius) then act like your gonna build a beehive(if you don't see the beehive radius)

do you see the beehive radius? now fill that entire radius with beets and carrots.

now harvest and replant them beets and carrots when they mature.

now only harvest the wax, leave the honey in the hive.

Profit!!

taken from the ringofbrodgar wiki

The bee hive production is affected by maturing plants in its vicinity. Every time a plant grows or is planted, the hive has a chance of producing honey and/or wax. Therefore, if you want a lot of wax or honey, you have to actively farm around the bee hive. However, hives cannot "share" this resource. Two hives sitting side by side will produce half the honey/wax as a single hive in that location would

I have a feeling this is one of those superstitions. I have no empirical data to back it up, but the honey won't convert to wax if the hive is full. The hive will still try to make honey, but none is added because there is no room. The only thing this does is average down any new wax and honey produced.

that is correct yes, honey will not turn into wax. however honey production takes priority in hives before wax, as result if you take honey wax production will be slowed.

So the quality of your wax is the average quality of your crops, soft capped by the quality of the hive?
