Troll Punching

What would my unarmed stats have to be to safely take on a troll?

I know they hit around 300 per attack, so astronomical Constitution would be a must, I'm just wondering how much, and how hard would I have to hit?

I'm pretty sure they only have around 550UA~, and don't hit so hard if you have proper armor.

Its my ultimate goal in this game. I want to punch trolls to death for sport.

They effectively have much more unarmed than their actual stat, since they have a free move that gives them 4 combat advantage.
