Problem with black background, can't move.

Hello guys, I have problem with /\ topic. I think that it has sth to do with date. I had the same problem about one year ago and I have solved it, by changing a date (I think, but I'm not sure, coz it was long time ago ;]). I'm trying to change the date now, but it doesn't work ;[. I'm pretty sure that this problem isn't cause by an internet, graphic or java. Any1 knows what's wrong?

btw sorry for my english, but I think, u can get my point ;]

shit be loading, or your Opening more tabs then your computer can handle


restart your comp, dont run anything besides hnh, and dont minimize it , and dont click for like 30 secs when u get in game

see if that works

( thats what worked for my shit laptop)

You using one of the third party clients or the original one? This is a common issue and so far there is no known fix. Funny thing is I run a lot of other Java programs (using OpenGL) with absolutely no issues like this.

I'm using Ender client with update. With both clients, original and Ender, I have the same problem ;[.

Another thing might be to clear out the HnH temp files that may have been loaded already. These are located in different spots if you're using Windows XP/Windows 7.

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\*username*\.haven

Remembering to replace *username* with your WIndows log on name and also change the drive letter from "C:\" if you've assigned your windows partition to a different drive.

Win 7: C:\users\*username*\.haven

I'm only assuming with this one here I'm not at home and can't confirm but should be roughly there

I've had this issue on my work PC, getting haven running was a tough time, but I found deleting everything inside of the .haven folder and waiting a shit ton of time was the fix.

Weird... U mentioned that u have had the same problem, but it doesn't work in my case ;[. I have deleted .haven and wait but nth happend.

in your run.bat file, add the following on a new line

"pause"

So it should read

C:\~yadayadayada\
pause

Be advised yada yada yada should be the correct file paths, if there is any sort of error it will be printed out on your CMD window and might shed some light on what the problem is! Good luck!!!1!

It doesn't matter wheather I press or not because the game turns on. I don't see any errors, expect the problem I have from the begining.
