Nothing for the time being except being patient. I know it isn't what you want to hear, but you just need to put up with the lag like everyone else who plays is.

Yes the lag is this way for every player. Some just accept it. Getting Enders will help you in general, but not with the lag. Sorry.

As it stands, nobody has a clue when it will be fixed either.

So really, you have to either put up with it and play through it. Or if the current lag makes your experience in the game very unenjoyable, take a break till it's fixed.
