I think I have seen the ideas of adding bridges into the game over 1000 times. I'm not sure if this have been suggested before but here is a picture slide of me doing a minor bridge demonstration with rafts.

If a personal claim would be placed on the rafts it could prevent decay on the rafts. The claim could have trespass access to all white players and the Hearth Secret made public on a rune stone. This could be made into a public bridge for all to use. Obvious issues would be boats traversing past this point and having to lift there boats and going by land to the opposite side.

The simplicity of traveling across a river would be made very easy with this trick. There are obvious drawbacks to it that makes it clearly difficult to maintain. But if you ever wanted to desperately traverse via land from one point to another without boats this would be the simplest solution.

This idea has been employed in the past both to stop boaters as well as to create a bridge. I think it's a pretty awesome idea but everyone is going to break it for the sake of breaking it. Haven has taught me one thing, you're not allowed to have nice things.

That said thanks for the great visuals on the idea.

Just as an experiment will try and build this in brodgar and see how long it lasts.

He's not making a suggestion or request for bridges, he's posting a helpful visual guide for a way to utilize in-game items to compose a bridge. The answer to your question is therefore 'context.'

Why should he get banned for being Mr HnH scientist who's doing experiments and publish - instead of keeping things "sekret" like others do ?!?

( Prolly ppl will destroy cuz they're to lazy to lift their boat walk few tiles and boat on :P )

On a side note: real bridges would be a matter of different layers - that's why it's not implemented - rafts are part of the game, building a temporary "bridge" with rafts isn't even exploiting and thus totally legit...
