Stuck in a claim. Help?

I was loggin out in my base. (Inside a house) where my hearth fire is, but when I loggen back on today it was claimed by somone.

Is there a way for me to get the charrackter out of the claim?

Turn on criminal acts it will allow you to walk off of the claimed land but that's all you can do

Claim your land next time. If not, don't settle near rivers/people. You will get trolled like that.

Thanks! Got out and figured he only put a small claim at the house... Do I need tresspassing to remove it? (flag thing)

Actually you can't remove it without a village claim, and I doubt you can kill bears, deer, and get 40 bones, or even the skill, yet. No offense.
And trespassing is for opening boxes, opening fence doors, entering mineholes/houses, in someone else's claim. Nothing else. You can't take anything or break anything. Or make anything.

Only way to remove a P-claim is to build a village claim then revoke the privilege this is beyond you at the moment.
If you hold down Ctrl and right click on the claimed land you can memorize the asshole and give him a name on kin list and hope to see the twat again later on when you can get your revenge. If i was you I would just move on and find another place to live you are close to assholes so move before you bump into em and they murder you.

Before you build explore the area a bit - easier with Ender than Default client - bigger places don't like if someone settles too close to it - so better move further away to settle - or ask with a Runestone if it's ok to build there and wait for an answer...

Also if you're building close to vclaims there's always "danger" that they're just declaim your pclaim if in their way...

Choose the place to build very wisely!

Im now located in the mid land instead of near a water source. There is a claim not to far away from me, but it is small (Holds a house and a few crops) And from what I can see he/she haven't been online for a while.

Sounds good - now go drowsing for water - if you find a spot - drop a well sign to build later and make your house and pclaim close to it
