scared of meeting trolls

You see... Mining is one of my favorite thing to do in video games however there is something that ... i have a problem with here on this game and that's mining.

... go ahead and laugh as you read this.

I'am seriously scared of meeting trolls while mining, when ever I begin mining I suddenly instantly get scared. I'am this close to being in tears when mining in this game, the trolls they are horrible. Loftar (or what your name is) you made the trolls more scary than slender himself and the music hell it makes me even more scared than I need to be... I have many times been crying myself to sleep thanks to this green giant beast, I have not encountered it yet but the thought of meeting that troll scares me so much, just like Resident evil 1 ( and the newer resident evil games has no effect on me)

I know the music can be turned off still... I don't do that I don't know why something is wrong with me. Do anyone have a tip how to mine without being ... scared to death like this? and if anyone come with a opinion that I should stop playing then no, even if I've died 3 times on my main i wont stop playing.

So anyone got any idea how to prevent this fear from destroying me totally and somehow that i can have fun instead of this... fear that's killing me from the inside? IS there a night vision or something please i want to know.

Install Ender's client. Press ctrl+N. Mine with alts on level 1 unless ur looking for good q metals. Prepare 2 or 3 archer chars and if troll spawns and miner dies trust me, if you kill it you will be veeery very happy. Personally im more afraid of Troll D: gives me nightmares.

You're afraid of Troll D nooby? I suppose it is a rational fear that he will fuck you.

If you mine in 1 tile paths (not have a 2x2 open) then a troll won't spawn.

Also build a house near any ore veins, just incase one does spawn there.

I normal use the ender client but when i'am home ( not at the apartment) I'am forced to use the normal client... at my mom and dad's place we got 24kbs and ender's client wont work and will just crash all the time. But it's just that i'am scared all the time when under ground I needed a baby sitter with me last time I mined and that was err 1 month ago. I Guess that I have developed some kinda troll phobia when playing this game.

But if I dig 1x1 how will i have space for mine support? I don't want it crushing on my head. So i'am thinking 1x1 and sometimes when the green barrier showing where i'am protected faded i just build a little notch to place it there. I do have a mining helmet, I've been way to close meeting trolls. I SAW ONE ONCE ... I got out as fast as I could while it chased me, logged out and bam to the of the room full of fear. it's just like the old days with resident evil 1 when I was 9 years old, I guess that the trolls do kinda remind me of RE1.

Ya, the odd tile off to the side for a support is about as unlikely to spawn a troll as you can get.

This is not true.Trolls will spawn getting rid of the tiles that are in there spawn spot. You can mine 1 tile in and have one spawn.
