FEP bonus is simple, all the collected FEPs from individual symbol is added and applied.
A simple example would be to add Gold Plate, Golden Table Bell, Porcelain Plate, Metal Saucière and Wicker Breadbasket the table displays 13% FEP. If the FEPs of the individual symbols are added it sums to a total of 13% as well.

The hunger bonus is bit more complicated. After spending hours trying to figure out the hunger calculation I found the hunger points and the equation they are based on to give the hunger bonus on the table. The table above shows the hunger % after the individual symbols are added. The hunger points are the numbers the hunger bonus is based on.
Equation for the hunger modifier:
Hunger modifier (%) = normal rounding to 1 decimal(100/ (100 + total hunger points) ) * 100
Here are two examples.
- Code: Select all
98.0 Base
89.3 Drinking Horn
82.0 Earthenware Platter
75.8 Pepper Shaker
70.4 Peppermill
65.8 Poppy Garland
61.7 Silver Cutlery
58.1 Skull Cup

Each symbol was added 1 by one and the hunger modifier was recorded. Note all the symbols in the list have a 10 hunger point.
72 hunger points = 7 * 10 points + 2
58.1 = normal rounding to 1 decimal(100/ (100 + 72) ) * 100
and using the example from above (FEP example)
134 hunger points = 35 + 40 + 35 + 20 + 2 + 2
42.7 = normal rounding to 1 decimal(100/ (100 + 134) ) * 100
Summery
Table above shows the FEP and Hunger points of each symbol at Q10.
Total FEP is equal to the sum of the FEPs from individual symbol.
The Hunger modifier is based on an equation listed above and it uses normal rounding, not round down.
Known facts.
-Chair quality matters in gaining better hunger bonus and at Q0 chair its at 2 points.
-A Skull Throne gives significant hunger bonus.
-Gold plate is one of the most durable symbols and lasts for a very long time.
-Eating near a bong fire gives bonus even if eating alone, of course more people sitting at a table gives better bonus (meaning have the table window open while sitting in a chair).
The best table that can possibly be made involves the listed items with the top item being the most vital.
Silk Tablecloth
Golden Table Bell
Silver River Goblet
Gold Plate
Porcelain Plate
Silver River Cutlery
The last 2 items can be of any choice listed above. A good quality Skull Throne can help along a good bit as well.
Things that wasn't tested.
-If the same symbol can be used to gain better FEP and hunger bonus.
-What the durability of each symbol is.
-How feasting at a bong fire affects the bonuses.
