I recently built a minehole into lvl3 and the first tile I mined I got a caveIn.
How am I suposed to build a minesuport if it doesnt even let me mine a tile without caveIn?
Is this suposed to happen?

I thought theres 0% chance with a mine suport.

No
If you have cave in rubble it is considered unstable and regardless of a support it can cave in further. Also supports are not 100%. It is rare for cave ins to happen in their radius but it can happen.

Actualy, I didn't know that either and I have just left rubble that wasn't directly in the way or inside the base, seeing as i'm spending most of this world mining it seems, I should have known that really.
Still, better late then never, so thanks ladies.

And is prospecting broken or something? My first prospection at lvl4 told me there was iron bellow but then I moved 4 tiles away, prospected again and it said no ore was found, wasnt it suposed to point towards where it said there was iron bellow?
Thanks for helping me with previous questions.
