At what level of perception*exploration can you see everything?

Good question, I've been wondering about it myself...
First we need to know what has the highest per*expl to see. I dont know if this is Rustroot or something else, if its Rustroot you should be able to see everything at per*expl, but not all RR... Really good one I hope Loftar or Jorb can answer this, or a diehard explorer ^^

Mhh, do you know inkweed as well? I know it grows on grassland only (right?)
