Or a skeleton/Hearthling impaled on a pole that works as a banner/authority object for villages.

Something like this?

The worst thing is that most of these runestones have bad puns on them as well.

Haha, that's just awesome :D

This topic reminds me of a funny sketch of Monty Python that kinda got played out in our village :D

I've seen lots of burial sites/cemeteries, the most beautiful being the one in my old village made by Uno the Farmer. Come visit Wurstone one day, so you can witness the beauty of the place and stay there forever.

It would be cool to see them have some ingame use, though. Something like... for every tile the cemetery covers you get 1 numen per buried dead, provided your ancestor is buried there as well. Mass grave alt killings FTW :P

P.S. People seem to have some kind of natural tendency to create cemeteries even without buffs. Maybe making grave buffs is a bad idea after all? This could end up like Wyrd...

The ancestor could have some minimum amount of stats/playtime needed to be worth anything if burying them were to give you any real bonuses. For some reason the thought of slapping a "quality" sticker on a human skeleton is making me laugh.

That's a pretty interesting cemetery (@exewu). It would be cool if you had to dig a spot 100 times to make a grave to load the skeleton into and if there were some real tombstones. Then put 100 soil into it to finish the job. Graverobbing could also be interesting if there were something to rob.
Methinks this topic should be moved to Critique & Ideas Image

Dumping them? I like collecting them & showing them off to my neighbors..
