You can be summoned when you're offline by using your hearthfire, so going to bed is useless really but having it inside means that they can't just summon you and snipe you from what I understand.

I got robbed just now. I took the scents to the thieves and they decline of the theft. I threaten to summon village on them and they gave everything back. But they dropped my silkworms on purpose and now I want revenge. HOW??

So they gave everything back and you still decided to backstab them for some stupid silkworms?
And how can they steal stuff when you live in a Palisaded village that is claimed?

The general rule of thumb for threads such as these is to post a screenshot showing the scents leading to the 'robbers'. Otherwise we can't tell if you're lying or not.

They probably left their gate open out of stupidity, in which case they would deserve to be robbed. Or he's lying and killed innocent people. You never know.

For starters, I was beginning a palisade. I didn't know thieves lived in the area and I thought my claim was enough, so I was building it slowly. Second, the silk worms were 20-25Q and they took ALL of my worms so I had to start over at 10Q moths. Finally, killing the thieves does the community a favor and they know they are taking a risk every time they raid a village, either if it's abandoned or active.

Read what I just posted, and you can also notice the number of posts I have. Does that show me as someone who is always on the forums?? Does that show me as a "veteran" of H&H? No. I started almost 3 or 4 months ago. I just now got more active into the forums for trade and just getting to know some of the Hearthlings who play. Sorry I took no screenshots, didn't know that was the "policy".
