That's two or three shots that connect. You can probably get off like 6 shots total in the time it takes the other guy to do 3 stings (2 won't cut it, since you're using oak stance).

Is str the only thing so far that affects UA? Or have there been updates?

I'd actually says its MM>UA>MC right now. Maneuvers are kickass.
