I've been tracking people with 170k+ stealth*int recently, so I'd say yes. There's at least one faggot out there trying to get as much as possible and go crazy.

With that said 100*500 , 100*1000 either way. but I'd say a minimum of 100, I used to think 50, it used to be enough, but yeah...

A good quality Dawn's Chain (NO MONOCLE), some occults, and high perc make for good tracking. You can just pump PERC easily, yes, but it's all abuot balance.
