yep. i play one charakter and try to build up something for me. its not 'real' or fair or whatever if i build 2 or more chars to do this.

i don't think you can make them again, which is why there are like 5 threads about people who lost their keys and key mold in a server crash

If you have a copy of the key, you can make another mold, unless something's been changed since I did that.

The problem comes in when you lose your key in a server crash. Unless you sacrifice one of your inventory slots to the key god 'til the end of time, you're eventually gonna put it down and get screwed or forget it. That's why it's best to have a backup.
