I believe everyone has a choice in choosing his lifestyle, so if someone wants to play 1 or 24/day, its up to him, not sure why would it matter anyway.
Regarding soil, q37 is preety much worthless, since q50+ spots are so easy to find, I know that in centre grids there are at least 5x or more I found and just passed since its worthless to me.
