If you merge the central rows you can fit an additional row by the south edge.

If I want crazy space, I use this design for cellars. I don't recommend it though.


Now I will pose a question. Giving infinite space (a mine), what's the best way you guys like to fit cupboards? For usability, not how many you can fit somewhere.

I've been breaking mine up into workspaces, but for just 'storage'... :v

It was said earlier in this topic indeed ;). I like it because this cellar's are only used for storing massive amounts of linen/straw/iron. Not hard to remember where what is, because there are only a few different items in there.

For a mine, it's a bit harder because you will be moving further from the middle constantly. No idea what I am going to do with that.
