I've pm'ed the admins. A moderator acting like this is embarrassing to the whole moderator community. It makes me sort of ashamed to be a moderator :/

Anyway, I've edited my original post. My question still stands. :)

The level of intelligence around here baffles me.

The question that I asked was " When using the Cntrl + X feature of Gilbertus' Client, can you see caves through trees/boulders?"

Tell me how I can verify this.

sabinati wrote:of course. why don't you try it and see instead of posting a thread with such an easy to verify question?

i mean the whole fucking point of ctrl + X is that it makes trees and rocks into wireframes so you can see what's behind them. holy shit.

It also makes cliffs into wireframes.

Why are you raging so hard? But I'm glad that you have admitted you were wrong. Face it - it's not easy to verify, at all. =]

Thread can be closed. I've won, and experience has told me there's no point arguing with moderators. I am one myself, after all.

shask, if you lack the iq.... the "look through" feature of ctrl X was MADE to spot hidden obects behind trees, palisades etc. asking "can i spot a mine behind (whatever) with ctrl x in gilbertus" is therefore a superfluous question.

the answer is: only if you know what to look for. now caves are kinda easy to spot
