Hearthfires gone?

Also, generally speaking, if you log out on your land, you can just log in to where you last logged off if your Hearthfire is destroyed. At least, that's what I understand. So grab a dream and rebuild it; It was really wasted effort on the destroyer's part.

Does anyone know the minimum strength required to destroy a hearthfire?

they are no longer destroyable

you can move them now, but you need criminal acts on (i guess its theft or maybe vandalism?)
