given that H&H is set somewhere between the stone age and the middle ages+ in some parts of the world there is now higher authority than some lawspeaker.what should stop a character to eat human flesh when he is in danger of starving?

its possible those skeletons have been killed by animals

there are 5 dead bodies near my house, 3 from one guy who got killed, sent his incarnation to get his items, got killed by the same boar, sent the next incarnation to get the stuff, got killed by the same boar and finally managed to get his stuff on the 3rd try
