Well aren't you just a sassy bitch.
What does the screen say once you've edited in the pause. The point of that is to give you the error message rather than the screen just closing.

Well, first problem I see is that you're trying to use the 64 bit version of Ender's with 32-bit Java. You need to change those so they match: uninstall and make sure you have the 64 bit version of Java installed OR download and use the 32 bit build of Ender's.
