um I play 2 day.
ya at begin was angry about tree, but just went away from starting location, I'm like 1/4 map fro border and I'm already in huuuge forest full of tree all you have to do is just go further from main spawn point..

Problem with that for new players is usually that the animals become more hostile farther out.
But I'm sure since you're out there you can handle them, even if you just joined today.

as a matter of fact, we cant.
We are starting a village down there and yester day 3 foxes pened us to a shack in town, but there are many lare forrest just outside of spawn.

I've started playing 2 or 3 days ago and I have come across a fair number of trees (enough to complete a cabin and a half) but I've noticed that people leave the stumps lying around. Do the trees regrow back where the stump is left or are people just careless? If not I think a system where the tree regrows from the stump should be implemented, but not like how the OP described in which the number multiplies.

Stumps are a good source of blocks and a nice stamina drain for when you need to eat your huge food stockpile. I don't understand why people leave them.

I've encountered at least one newbie who did not know they could get blocks from stumps.

I often drops runestone "Right click on stumps to remove them for more blocks" in recently settled camps.
I've seen a lot of half-completed cabins with literally dozens of stumps 2 steps away.

Maybe they should add a quick tip window on log-in.
