Why do I keep seeing dead animals on shore? Sometimes there isn't even an animal trap around them. Does something about the water kill animals?

Foxes are very easy to kill. One punch and one khto and they are dead.
About the same apply to boars, I just kill them with UC near the shore.

Ah, I see. I wasn't expecting hunting to still be broken like this and thought people would be too afraid to do stuff like that with the whole "animals can and will kill you" thing. Then I suppose that solves that mystery.

60str + equipment buff / 30 agility or so

50 melee / bronze sword

Dash - get 8 IP

Sting - flex - valerous strike - ded

easy.

Boars are another matter, having a hard time killing them T.T

Fox: minimum 50 UAC
1 - Start with maneuver Death or Glory.
2 - Use the move Dash until you gather 6 IP.
3 - Switch the maneuver to Oak Stance until you regain all your defense bar.
4 - Switch the maneuver to Bloodlust.
5 - Use the move Flex until your attack bar is full.
6 - Punch.
7 - If the fox's attack bar is nearly full, switch the maneuver to Oak Stance, once your defense is full again, switch to Bloodlust.
8 - Keep using Flex until your attack bar is half-full.
9 - Knock His Teeth Out.

Use your maneuvers along with your moves to maximize combat efficiency. Attack, Defense, and Initiative are resources to be spent and traded in combat to get the advantage. Read DataSlycer's guide to combat. We knew how to hunt efficiently and safely before, why would murderous animals make us afraid?
