You can't log in where you logged out if that spot is on a claim where you don't have trespassing permissions. Logging in at hearth works even on such claims, though.

Do you know how to destroy a Hearth Fire? It's not as simple as hacking it apart with a stone axe, you know. Anyways, can't you just get vandalism and destroy someone's claim on their land? Or is a personal claim invincible?

But breaking a hearthfire is as simple as hacking it with a stone axe? Perhaps just your fists even. It doesn't require very much strength at all.

To remove someone else's personal claim you need to have a village, overlap their claim, and have your lawspeaker revoke their right, which consumes Authority points. You cannot just smash it.

As Nova said with the first reply, the only way to force a claim to be removed is using the "Revoke the Privilege!" command the Lawspeaker has, and the village's claim needs to touch that of the claim.
