Add your barbarianism / civilization slider with the talisman. It's dependent on that.

Thank you very much~! Needed q40+ items to verify jumps in agi drops. This means they follow the same formula as Soak and Deflect. It may appear obvious but I did not wish to jump to conclusions. Thank you~!
