Ok, that was an interesting evening.

So, with Onule's informations, I went on a trip, expecting to slay some offline noob for "justice" (boredom, yes).

Managed to reach him, to see him running away from a guy with a sword and boar tusk helmet. Fine.

Gather some scents, and start heading to the place he pointed out. Some kind of noobcamp surrounded with fences, not what you would expect from any thief that knows what he's doing...
Anyway.
I find out that some of his stolen goods are there indeed, but not the hearthling's hearthfire. So, I keep tracking... First the hearthfire, which led me to someplace around 79, -57. A hearthfire, a few boats and a fence, all on a personal claim of small size.
The guy is online, so no forced summon, time to go hunting.

74, -57 (white square on the map). A village claim with cornerposts and layers of palisade, things are getting serious. And then I see the guy, spectaculars on, standing in the middle of his place, getting healed by leeches.

And then, and THEN ! It all goes downhill from here...

See, this was my first ranging trip ever, and I thought I was gonna face a noob. So, all I had to kill the guy was my hunting sling. So, a very nice 0 dmg shot in his face later, the guy is running into his house, behind his double layer of palisade. And that's the end of the story for today...

Damn, I wish I had my bow...

Anyway, the coordinates and the target are confirmed, anyone willing to give it a shot (a real one ><) is welcome to do so, this guy has stole some goods from beginners although he has well enough for himself. From what I've seen, 2 people live there, and noone look like a fighter. His hearthfire is exposed (for now), and there's no reward.

Sounds like an easy kill. Never bring a sling to range, ever. Cheap ass leather armor will nullify all of your damage even with a Really good sling. Thanks for trying Cnyry!
