You can reincarnate at the runestone in the character creation room to at least get a small piece of your lp back.

Everybody dies in this game sooner or later, so consider it a lesson on your way to perfection

Dunno if it's too late or not, but reincarnate by checking the runestone in the character creation room, then go up the ladder.

If you set a hearth secret use that to teleport to your hearth, if you didn't, then I think you've got a long walk ahead.
