I must applaud you for attempting to get a wall up asap though. It is a necessity that really should be done on your second or third day but that people seem to be ignoring more and more recently. I'm guessing you started your construction and then stopped rather than getting it all done in one go. Never hesitate with walls. Be on and ready to expand it the second a post dries (Try to time it so it'll be convenient for you) and push to get it all done at once. Get friends to help you, ask neighbors for help, or just spawn your own alts if you need to. Run three clients and have two alts gather and split wood for you as you build to maximize your time and speed, just get it done.
