Palisade, Cant expand it

If it is not dry yet you have a red message telling you it is not dryed yet or something like that. Do you extend it with a character that have the palisade icon enable, i once tryed to do this with a noob char and was OMG someone sealed it, then i took my main that had the crafting enable and understood why it wasn4t working.
If you don4t have a red message and your character can build palisade, then someone sealed it
