it's more likely that he's thinking of the combined buff of pearl rings and necklace.

Mussels are practically always q10, so I can't imagine a high q necklace... Rings, on the other hand, you can get good gold and skin for...

thats 55% then, the ring is 15% base. unless the ring is higher q, easier to get to q40 then a necklace to 30.

i know this place, where q20 mussels spawn like crazy. bet there are plenty of q30 or more out there aswell.

i'm not saying it's impossible to get a q30 necklace, but it's considerably more difficult. i wish i still had my world 3 spot, got some q70+ pearls there...
and yes i was referring to a pair of q10 rings

Yes I am seriously telling you that. There are ALWAYS chars around who still need a necklace or rings. Other villagers, new alts etc. It will be a long time till I start thinking about using pearls as curios.
