I'm thinking of making a short and simple version of the page in bullets at the top, and leaving the details to the explanation below for anyone who wants to read them.

Sounds like a good idea.

I know that the FEP reduction system was mentioned on several different pages. I browsed a couple I know of and they were all updated. Now if we can just get rid of all the old forum posts.

The main problem might be the old wiki, as it still contains the incorrect information and if you search on Google for "haven hearth <any keyword>", the appropriate article on the old wiki usually comes up first.
The corresponding ringofbrodgar article is sometimes not even on the first page.

Yeah, I've noticed the proper wiki never comes in first on google. And to top it off, the noobs who search and find that are probably going there, helping keep it on the top of google. Not really sure how to deal with that other than erase all of the posts on it and put a million links to the new wiki in it.
