Do plants spawn on player made grass?

yeah i've had one of those running around but they spawn on forest don't they?

Don't know. I hadn't finished to plant grass, so it had a little portion of forest too.

i've had cows, chickens, and sheep spawn on the grass i planted. not sure if there's really a minimum size but larger area = more spawns.

Tsk. I've got a dryad too. Locked inside the grass camp by means of a palisade.
