Pretty much botters would destroy forests to gain LP for incredibly higher levels of skills than a non botter could have. It ruined the landscape and horribly disadvantaged anyone who wasn't willing to bot themselves.

In this game world you can't bot for LP, only for stats. It's a lot less useful.

You still can. It's just much, much harder to write the scripts needed.

You can't grind stats all that effectively with a bot. The main purpose of bots (now) are to do simple repetitive tasks like farming and paving.

And I have to agree with TechX the information is pretty easily available.
