I'm looking for a link to an updated map

I've sent maps into alger a dozen times and (at least my region) is never actually updated on the world map. I tried deleting my ender map cache and am trying again, so we'll see, but I believe he was having some problems with it before and it's never really been confirmed that it's back up and running.

A lot of people posted maps just so they could find out where they were. At that point, they don't want anyone else seeing how much they've grown, so they quit posting new maps. I'll be honest and I have that level of 'paranoia', and I've seen it said by others on the forums before.

It's not that, Alg took out the autoupdating to try and fix something and hasn't finished fixing it, he's busy with many other projects.

I thought he made a mention that he turned it back on and that it should be back up and running, but I just checked and it definitely isn't updating. Oh well, at least it serves its purpose for helping people locate themselves on the map.

You're quite correct. I was just pointing out that once the map is 'mostly done' a lot of people quit uploading for various reasons. I didn't mean to imply that what I stated was the reason the map wasn't currently up to date as possible.
