If cliffs meant a shit for elevation that would be badass as fuck, but I'm sure it would be fucking chaotic to do.

yeah i doubt we can do it with the isometric goodness we now enjoy, so we can probably just forget any special mountain caves unless they are pocket worlds like cabins....
but regular caves in mountains should work out OK .... not counting the multiple entrance bugs
