Bear Tooth ~= 420 LP/Hr
Deer Antler ~= 280 LP/Hr
Boar Tusk ~= 250 LP/Hr

Seer's Bones q200 ~= 1384 LP/Hr (/2 Size) ~= 692 LP/Hr/Size
Seer's Bones q100 ~= 461 LP/Hr/Size
Seer's Bones q56 ~= 384 LP/Hr/Size

Seer's Bones win every time LP/Hr/Size, but for alts if you want most mileage there without changing, the raw bones are better.

For q200 Seer's Bones are only ones that seem worth it there to me.

Isn't the seer's bone still better when you factor in the fact that it take 6.5h to study vs 28h for the bear tooth ?

If you can be online, you can grind 4 Seer's bones for each bear tooth. It is better even if you take into account the fact that it take two spaces.

The antler seems even worse with a 38h study time.

Now if you cannot be online for 24h, that's another story...

EDIT : Well, ninja'd by DatoneGuy...

But the last time I looked, the Seer's Bones were softcapped by the q of the Dream. Has this been changed?

Not to mention dreams are only q10. It would be horrible if it was softcapped by something that is a permanent q10. If you are not using your bear bones for saws or a a bear tooth talisman, then use it for seer's bone. (make sure to use wine and tobacco before crafting).
If you keep focusing on the shadow behind, you will not see the light in front of you.

Being successful isn't just about hard work and succeeding, it is also about picking yourself up when you fail.

Antlers -> Antler Steak Cutlery

They degrade fast, but it's in my opinion the best use for em.

Given the other items you can place on a table, skip em. They're good if you haven't found metal yet.
