Mirroring could be fine and all, but that still leaves me with a minimum two angles per object. Expect things to stay the way they are now for the foreseeable future.

Haha, you are naïve indeed. Jorb is much too lazy to do reshading when he's flipping sprites anyway, so I could just as well do it in code. :)

The problem is rather, as I wrote elsewhere, that it would require some work to do that, and I do feel that time is better spent elsewhere right now. Building rotation just doesn't seem that important. ;)

Thats what I said in the suggestion thread about it. ;O
I believe that your work with the new metals, boats, and other issues is much more important than rotating structures, especially when aside from cabin doors, you can still interact with them from even the opposite side.
