Anyway, if they're willing to leave vandalism scents and have the vandalism skill then yes they can. Otherwise they'll need at least theft to move the items off of your property and then destroy them. If they use certain bugs (I don't think they've been fixed though they have been reported) then they can get the items off of your land and destroy them while only leaving trespassing scents.
