if you are loyal they can give i think (off the top of my head very late at night) erm 540 lp an hour, which is pretty darn good seeing how easy they are to make, get a cupboard full keep an hours worth on you at a time. away you go.

wait so, I can just make multiple cone cows and fill up the study box with them and just let them pump out the points?

>< I'm such a noob, I've been raiding ant hills.

Ok, that makes more sense.
I have a ladybug, a cone cow and some soldier ants rocking away atm with another 3 cone cows in my basket ready.
It's a cool system but I can see myself getting pretty sick of making cone cows.

I'm tempted to make the doll but I see from reading the forums it consumes your axe and saw... not a chance, they are my most precious possesions and rabbits are hard to come by. (a big FU to the person who stole the rabbit hides of my drying frame btw :evil: ).

Good game this.

Dandelions have comparative value to cone cows, with the difference that you can get high quality dandelions much easier than cones. Many times the dandelion gives better LP/hour/slot than a cone cow due to quality, especially with high survival.

You've got the right idea there. Wait till you start getting some spare bones for saws. They are one of the best early curios you can make once you have the spare materials.

Another great early curio is the bark boat. Requires boatbuilding, but you should get that asap anyway if you haven't already. Boats make finding those anthills much easier.

One tip when making bark boats though;
If you pick up barks first and birchbarks afterward, in case you have more then 1 birchbark in your inventory, it will use two birchbark instead of a birchbark and a regular bark.
So if you're supposed to make several bark boats at once, be sure to pick up birch bark first.

Boats are next on my list, I was delayed a little because I wanted to try combat (spent all night punching a rat to no avail, but at least I understand the general mechanics now).
I've been storing bark and roots and I have a dandelion and a cone cow rocking away atm, they should tip me over the 1500lp soon, I didn't do the math, but I only have a couple hundred to go.

I'm not sure where to go from there but I'm thinking about building a decent boat and travelling, I read you can find curios on the water and it could be good for fishing (more variety maybe? I think my dude is sick of roast brill).
