Back in world 3 when stamina drained your hunger of a ratio to 1:1 instead of 1:3.5, I was breaking even. With this ratio, you're pretty much guarantee to gain hunger unless you use the fish for recipes. Of course if you counter this with symbels, it should counter it.

Feast now, My Lord?

An enemy will only fight if he believes he either has a chance to win, or you've backed him into a corner and he's fighting for his life. A completely crushing victory provides an enemy with neither.

I usually have people volunteering to plow my fields, by shovel and by plow. Hunger is much desired, as it allows you to raise valuable stats :P Anyone seeking to "break even" and get ride of overstuff without becoming hungry again, should probably dig in the dirt. But only the very young players worry about retaining hunger. Nearly everyone wants to burn calories as fast as they can.

You know, given the forum handle and the state of the internet, so many jokes could be made here.

The BEST way to burn up stamina and hunger: mining. :D
