hunting from boat

Bones have quite a few uses, but antlers can be used to build a village, make cutlery, and as a (bad) curio. I study them all the time cuz I'm lazy. XD

It's pretty easy. Don't get right against the shore because some (all?) animals can destroy your boat. If the animal runs then deaggro them (hit the button up by the animal's portrait). Keep shooting & deaggroing them until they die. Boars you can chase after, but it's a pain until you are experienced. Always be ready to run to your boat if you fight on land... usually wounded animals will run but just be careful in case you miss. Avoid deer until you have good perception and a good sling. You need to be able to kill them pretty quickly or you'll just waste your time.
