Foraging in someone's claim is one good reason to have criminal acts turned on.

I didn't have CA on but was still able to draw water inside village claim.

Well damn, looks like some douchebag from Beginner's tribe killed me for some unknown reason. Well, since this game is basically broken anyways and the devs aren't really interested in it for purposes beyond screwing around, time to quit. Right when I was getting steel too...

It's the dev's interest in screwing around that makes this game great. It is the fact that they are too busy to do that recently that is too bad.
