Don't use charter stones to spawn at. They're usually bait to kill newbies :( Run far away, make a hearth fire there, and call that home.

Thanks for the help though guys !

The Charter Stones in Caffeine and Paradise seem to be blocked off once you spawn(got curious with a couple alts).
