Yep! If someone else puts down a sign, you're able to finish constructing it as long as you can gather the materials.

This is not longer true for things such as Personal Claims, I think it's useful to add. Everyone used to abuse that bug pretty heavily. For a rowboat, SweetBro is correct and you'll have no problem making it.

Thought others could finish it, but ownership was dictated by the one placing it.

question about fishing:

(from thw wiki)
Quoting Jorb:
Fish are now a limited and localized resource, working in the same way as any other localized resource.

Now does this mean that

-(as one (old?) guide says) a node will run out of fishes after being used extensively, but will ,after a certain
amount of time, reappear full somewhere else

or

The world has limited fishing nodes and when depleted no more fishing for anyone?

They'll remain in the same spot and regenerate over time just like all other nodes. Fish in particular seem to deplete rapidly but if left alone for a couple of days they'll make a full recovery.

wow quick response

Does this include clay nodes in mudflats/river shores?

also, when trying to get a beautiful dream
-Do I need t sleep at least X minutes/hours?
-Do I have 100% chance of catching them with a dreamcatcher after a certain time?
-Do I catch more dreams in 1 nap with more dreamcatchers?

Yes, this does include all types of clay nodes. You don't need to sleep to use a dream catcher, it generates a beautiful dream every 20 minutes. Sometimes you're unable to harvest them when they're ready for no discernable reason but logging off and back on seems to fix this. Alternatively, have someone else harvest it for you or make multiple dream catchers. They can store up to 2 dreams per catcher. The problem is rare and random so it hopefully shouldn't be bothering you.

Just build a dream catcher wait 20 min, right click and harvest the dream, no sleeping required. They cam hold a max of 2 dreams at a time.

Edit: is it 3 thought it was 2?

I always thought it was two as well.

Aiya, don't tell me my memory has failed me that badly. I always remembered collecting 3 dreams per catcher. If everyone else remembers 2, I'll concede though.
