How do I put the Cheats in the game?

I would really like to know and if your just going to be mean and say something like "You cheater" or "Figure it out your self" and etc. then please dont post anything.

You're correct. The Devs have access to a command terminal that no one else does. This is often referred to as the God Fork and seems to give you near-absolute control over the game world and the hearthlings therein. When you become Jorb or Loftar I'm pretty sure that the other will give you access to whatever it is that lets them do this.
