..so what happens then. if the village claim reaches your personal claim but cant declaim it...will the villagers be also able to freely wander in that personal claim or cant?

and if they cant declaim that property...will that property be automatically/ technically part of that said village?

Pclaim permissions overrule Vclaims. The one exception to that is expanding a claim. You have to be a member of the village to expand a personal claim there.

similar worry for me, having learnt by various mishaps that bwall is the only way to go, i now know vclaim can literally wipe me from the map, so i am heading to a vclaim of my own, i do however have one or 2 questions..

1. can a village idol be vandalised or destroyed once complete (30k Lp added)?
2. if i summon someone for trade, do they automatically get tresspass permission to wander my land freely?
3. is it advisable to wall in the idol to prevent/obstruct 1. and/or 2.

1. Yes, but only if the village's Authority drops below 50k. http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Authority
2. No. You don't need trespass to walk on a village claim or even onto a personal claim.
3. If you plan on using a village idol for trade, a wall around the idol is a must have to prevent malicious intent. Feel free to start with a palisade, but plan on upgrading to brick as soon as possible.
